What we get in entire life, the way we are living now, all of this is managed by habits. These habits will help you, or you will suffer. Bad habits take place easily inside you and grow up, and keep you away from what you want to be. If you want to succeed in life, if you want to improve your life, to enjoy life well, you have to follow some good habits.Which is the Daily habits to improve life. And while doing these, bad habits will prevent you repeatedly. But you do not have to stop, try to continue you, you have to be firm. I read the biography of some established people, hearing their advice, knowing from my life experience, enjoying my life very well, let me share those things with you today. Here I will discuss about the most important habits.



1. Change your eating habits

First of all eating habits reflect in our behavior mostly. As we take rich food like spicy food, red meat, first food, Packaged foods tend to be higher in fat, salt and sugar than food cooked from scratch, while lacking nutrients and fiber. They often contain high amounts of preservatives, man-made colourings and other added chemicals, We often hear that a healthy, balanced diet can help with aspects of physical health, such as looking after the heart, brain, bones and immunity, but it also plays an important role in supporting your mood. Lacking a certain nutrient or not eating regularly may have a negative effect on mood.




Eating to support mood:

Stay hydrated
Reduce caffeine and sugar intake
Have regular meals
Eat a varied and nutrient-dense diet
Take as much as possible fresh vegetable
Take at least one fruit after meal.



2. Sleeping

When you think about good health, nutrition and exercise are the first things come in mind. But sleep also play important role in our life. Research proves that mind and sleep are deeply connected. Think about your last bad sleep, how did you feel when you wake up? It should be Exhausted, Dazed, Confused, even a little grumpy. Lack of sleeping may cause digestive problem. During sleep unconscious and subconscious mind do very important role, it repairs nerve cells, skin cells and the brain rests and extra blood flow is sent to the muscles and builds energy for the next day. Depression is the common problem now a days and it come from lack of sleeping. Here are some tips for good night sleep.

*Don’t drink alcohol, and don’t consume caffeine at night.

*Don’t use electronic gadgets like smart phones, laptops before sleeping which emits bright light. It causes stress in your eyes and brain.

*Inhale and exhale breathing deeply for a long period, it will make you asleep quickly.

*Exercise some yoga regular in morning or free time at least 30 min. Marjariasana, Balasana, Janu sirsasana, Bitilasana, Paschimottanasana are the most effective yogas for sleeping.

*Avoid rich food at dinner, take healthy and little amount of food.


*Don’t sleep at day time.


*And lastly meditation plays a very important role in sleeping. It is very easy technique, just sit on asanas (poses) such as Padmasana, Bajrasana, Sukhanasa, Sidhhasana which one is comfortable according to you, keep your spinal cord straight, focus in your breathing, it should be slowly and deeply. And forget anything surrounding you. Just do it for 10 min every day.

3. Avoid spending time on social media

Modern technology has improved our lives. Today’s teenagers can’t imagine their life without Smartphone. We can share our thoughts to other, communicate globally, can get the latest news reports through social networking sites. These are good but it has bad effect on human life too. “Unsurprisingly, it turned out that the more time people spent on these sites, the more socially isolated they perceived themselves to be. And perceived social isolation is one of the worst things for us, mentally and physically,” says Forbes. Most of us are addicted by social media. All the day they are spending their time for sharing photos, updating profile, chatting and liking, tagging. They start to live in the virtual world. Social media sites can make it more difficult for us to distinguish between the meaningful relationships in real world and casual relationships formed through social media. It encourages people to be more public about their personal lives. It can harm our privacy. Around 33% of world’s population use social media. The average people spend approximately 2 hours on social media. And the number increases day by day. Actually social media isn’t the problem. It’s how people use it. Excessive use should be harmful. Research proves that there is an association between social media use and Depression, Anxiety, Sleep problems, Eating issues and increased suicide risk. So reduce the uses your social media. Don’t take your Smartphone when you are going to bed.


4.Focus on your goal

Every person on this planet has a desire to achieve a beautiful life as they want. If you want to success in life, live in a meaningful life, you must set goal for yourself. Goals take us forward in life. It is the oxygen of our dreams.

Here is a question, how to achieve our goals? For example, you set a goal for next 5 years, and then find out your strength, skills and your weakness. Find out the solution for overcoming the weakness. Then set a goal of overcoming the weakness for 6 months, or 1 year or as soon as possible. Take one goal at a time, not multiple goals. After completing this short term goals one after another your road to long term goal is smooth and easy. Write your goal on a notepad. And follow that regular morning. Think yourself that you achieve your goal and feel the happiness in your mind. That’s give you a positive energy in your mind. Remember that to achieve your life goals sacrifices yourself, stay committed, overcome challenges. Your goals must be clean and well defined.

5.Spend 30 minutes with yourself

More or less we all are busy with our work or anything else for entire day. In office, work for your boss, in home work for your family and other time we use social media, attend phone calls, voice/video chatting. Have you ever think, how much we spend only for ourselves? I know, we never think about it. But it is very important in our stressful life. Just do it for couple of months and feel the difference. Your thinking capability increase, gaining better understand, discover yourself.

6.Read books

Just like our body mussel, our brain requires exercise for keep it strong and healthy. Book reading is a very good exercise for our brain. You will get strong analytical thinking skills, It improves focus and concentration. And improve your memory. When you read everything fill in our brain and you can’t imagine when it comes in handy. So you can face any challenges.



7. Stay Organized

It is so much important in our daily life. It saves your money, your time and reduces stress. Currently if you spend the time on searching for misplaced an important document through stacks of paper then you see how being disorganized costs you time. Misplaced and disorder creates a tremendous stress. As the clutter builds, so does your stress. If you forget to pay your bill in before a deadline, you have to give some money as a penalty. Another example of wasting your money due to disorganized, suppose you buy an item and after few days you found same another item under your bed. So be organized and write down your next day’s programs and schedules on a piece of paper.



8. Forgive everyone

Yes, forgiveness should be one of your habits. When someone hurts you, may think, “Yes! I forgive him all the time.” But that is not true. Most likely at that moment we are not ready for forgive them in our heart. It should be come from your heart. As a result you will learn to respect people. Remember that every person has at least one good quality. If we can’t forgive, then it will burden our heart.

Try to forgive someone every day. If you do not get anyone, then forgive yourself, for your own mistakes.

9. Listen more, talk less

You will get the importance of your opinion when you listen to other people. When many people talk to one another, how many people listen to these words and listen carefully? Not usually anyone. Everybody should go there to compete in a competitive game, and how far and how loud they can speak. Listening does not mean that I keep quiet and he is talking and I have been thinking about other things or other plans in my mind, and when I heard him speak, I saw that he had finished his words. When you decide that you will talk less and listen more, then you can decide what to say or not. If you are a good listener then you will recognize the people. It is very important to recognize people in everyday life. Which will we needed so much later. The person who speaks less, can easily explain any topic, everyone likes them.

10. Exercise

This article cannot be completed, which is not said today, that is the exercise. We cannot finish the benefits of exercising in a little bit. Of course, we all know its importance. Yet we do not do it regularly, because our laziness does not let us do that. Our body is managing everything, And that's what we neglect. It improves brain function, it improves muscle strength, regular exercise lower the risks of developing type 2 diabetes, it helps our immune system, makes our mentality better. Exercise boosts our energy level. There are many more factors that can not be finished now. Exercise for only 20 to 30 minutes, every morning or when you are free, but not after any food intake. You do not have to do such a heavy exercise, unless you want to be a professional athlete. Just do some freehand exercise, some easy yoga.
